I was proud of myself when I clicked this picture; but the credit actually goes to the two boys who would jump into the river for just 5 Rupees. Depth of the water is more than 90 feet, and Kaveri is always flowing at a very high speed from the Hogenakkal falls, but nothing seems to bother them. When I gave 5 Rs to the kid, he held it in his mouth and starting climbing up the rock with no support - see picture below.
